Every Missouri soybean farmer is eligible to
participate in the MSA. Each member is
required to pay dues to belong to the
organization ($60 for one year, $160 for three years, $1,000 for a lifetime).
Soybean checkoff dollars may not be used for lobbying purposes, so membership
dues are the only source of financing that guarantees
issues facing soybean producers are brought to the attention of lawmakers.
