Clarke Joins Missouri Soybean Staff FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Jefferson City, MO - Kristin Clarke was recently hired by the Missouri Soybean Association (MSA) and the Missouri Soybean Merchandising Council in Jefferson City, Mo. “It’s a great opportunity to stay involved with Missouri agriculture and network with people across the country,” Clarke said.
Clarke was a lifelong resident of San Diego, Ca., until she came to Missouri to attend college at the University of Missouri-Columbia (MU). She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor of science degree in animal science in May 2005. She is now an active member of the MU Alumni Association. Clarke previously interned with the MU Alumni Association and the MU Foremost Dairy Research Center. Dale R. Ludwig, executive director/CEO of Missouri Soybean Programs, comments, “Kristin was an outstanding student at the University of Missouri and our expectations are extremely high for what she can accomplish.” ###

Clarke serves as development director,
writing and managing grants for MSA and its developing cooperatives
such as Missouri Food and Fiber, Inc; TransCon AG, Inc; Missouri Farms
Dairy, Inc; Alma Meats, Inc; 1Soy, Inc; and Biofuels, LLC. She also
composes the Missouri Farms Dairy newsletter and writes for their website.
