Governor Blunt Backs Biodiesel Funding In his State of the State address Wednesday January 26, 2005, Governor Matt Blunt made a strong statement in support of funding for the biodiesel incentive fund. The following is copied verbatim from the transcript describing Blunt's vision for leading Missouri: "I support full funding for the bio-diesel and ethanol incentive funds, which will help position Missouri as a national leader in the fast-growing renewable fuels industry.
