NEW OPPORTUNTIY TO DIVERSIFY WITH 1SOY

(JEFFERSON CITY, Mo.) –1Soy intends to raise $3 million from existing members and new farmer-members across Missouri to capitalize a unique specialty soy ingredients manufacturing facility. The business will take in and process identity preserved (IP) soybeans, utilizing innovative and trade secret technologies to create functional soy protein. 1Soy currently has an international marketing team in place that will develop domestic and foreign markets as the product becomes available.

1Soy is a tax-exempt new generation cooperative formed in 2004 to fill a niche in the soy ingredient category. For more than two years, the effort has been led by a volunteer Board of Directors comprised of farmer leaders across the state. The Board currently plans to locate the specialty soy ingredients manufacturing facility in rural Missouri on the I-70 corridor between St. Louis and Columbia.

It is anticipated that qualified Missouri agricultural producers will be able to purchase up to two shares of 1Soy for $15,000 each and, subject to final approval by MASBDA, will be eligible to receive a 50 percent Missouri state tax credit. As a part of the offering, each member will be required to undertake a delivery obligation and will be required to be or become a lifetime member of the Missouri Soybean Association (MSA). The MSA provides various services to 1Soy pursuant to a new generation business assistance agreement.

Informational meetings for qualified Missouri agricultural producers are being held at various locations in the State of Missouri. A schedule appears below.

No offering of securities is being made by this press release or any informational meeting. The sole means of participating in the offering will be through offering documents that will be made available upon request to interested and qualified agricultural producers. 1Soy retains the right to set the terms of the offering and to accept or reject subscriptions in its sole discretion.
